    good day today!

woke up earlier then i wanted to today to go and watch the j1's race at the db fest.

seeing everyone and all the different stuff, i still feel kinda sad that we missed out the chance to row for the db fest, which is like the main event for any db ppl?

    last year, our seniors went.

    this year, our juniors went.

    -_-''.... why skip us???

anyway, j1s, treasure the chance that you get to row for it and do us proud k?

went to meet vic after that for a sorta lunch+ chit chat session like always. nice catching up with her!

went to some street that was just outside bugis junction( not bugis street) that had like alot of little restaurant-shophouses and the food there looks pretty good and the decor was pretty nice too. beats paying a higher price for a more crowded place in bugis junction anyday if you ask me. loads of variety too! i saw thai, jap, korean, taiwan, western, shanghai, hong kong, chinese deserts and the more normal stuff like zi char there.

tried the western food at phin's which was pretty nice though i think i am still trying to get over the food ban and getting use to eating fried food again so i found i couldn't eat too much of them...

walked around for a while after that before going to meet the guys for movie!

    transformers! a must watch!

i initially didn't think too highly of it since the cartoon is like so old and i didn't have too good an impression of it but the movie blew me away!

it's like two and a half hours of solid action and going BOOM BOOM BOOM at you throughout! it's worth watching it another time just for the effects and the action alone! anyone interested in watching the movie? we sat pretty near the front at the third row but for once, it was good as we could really feel the effect! i think it's more of a guys show though...

still, go watch it ppl! it's worth the money!
