tonight is ba yue shi wu, yue yuan zhi ye...hmm...the moon looks nice tonight, all big and white and round...i went down to the park behind my house to play with candles... haha...brings back fond memories...kind of relaxing and peaceful to watch the beautiful candle light flicker in the wind...lolz...i think this year i burned the most newspaper that i can remember. four days worth of straits time somemore got the super thick saturday version...then i keep throwing in candles and pick dried leaves and throw into the bonfire...haha...still cannot compare to last year when i burned the wooden pillar until got like a dent...hmm...dunno why i like burning stuff so much, maybe i will become and arsonist in the future if i am not careful...
everyone is in an examination mood right now and while some people think that they will do well, there are others like me who just hope for a pass...however, we all take the same path and who knows what will happen in the future? those who do well now might not do as well when they are working. similarly,for those who are not doing well now, do not dispair, for you may yet have a bright future ahead of you! it is just up to you to reach for it and achieve it... haha... sounds like i am lying to myself again... hmm... everyone is studying so hard now, even those who you cannot imagine studying are hard at work le, so how can i lag behind? kampatei everyone! work hard for your EOY exams! best of luck to everyone who read this!
whew...found my books the day after i losted it at habourfront interchange...good thing i found it or i would be having trouble paying for the books...for some reason, i don't feel very stressed at this test for some unknown reason...maybe it is because the teachers let us have so little time to study which i don't think they would have done if it were an important exam. by important, i define it as the teachers caring a lot about it. remember how much time we had last year before the final exam to study? well, that was an important exam and thus i think this one isn't. most people aren't too stressed out at this exam with some exception from a couple of classes and some indiviual. lolz...with all that being said, i still hope everyone will do well and i won't be the last again...hopefully...
how dumb can i get? i actually left my books on the bus while going home with louis after going to CPP with jason to buy a gift for one of my senior's bday...long story short, i was in a hurry to get down and i left my physics tb and my histroy tb on the number 80 bus...and this isn't the first time this happened. i also forgot my books at the foodcourt at CPP on tuesday when i went there for lunch with weiying...luckily the cleaner uncle found it and i remembered before going too far...now i asked yj to help me find out where 80 goes to and how to get it back...if all else fails, i have to go buy new ones...argh...i hate my memory...
does anyone beside me thinks that it is stupid for there to be so many test just before the exams? how do they expect us to be able to study for the exams when we have to study for the tests? makes you wonder about their intelligence, doesn't it? i don't seem to recall having so many tests just before the exams before? this is a first right? or is my memory failing me yet again?
anyway, a very happy birthday to weiqin here. wow...i am so jealous of her...lets just say my mom gave me under $20 and my dad didn't even kow about it and the only birthday cake i got was the one you guys brought for me and i got a present from yiru, one from jason and jimin and one from hankee and not forgetting the one miss ng gave. and still it was the best birthday i ever had even after paying for the kfc...haha...guess i had a fantasic life eh? truth is, that was the only time that i remembered that anyone celebrated my birthday apart from one when i was like 3 so i was very touched and i will never forget this everyone! thanks again! ...haha ...really a loud knock on the door that life's never fair...oh well, the only think i can do is to make sure that my children will never suffer the same fate and i will strive to provide the best i can for them...
I was just thinking about that and i thought to myself, no. haha..so i am talking to myself now aren't i? haha...so i shall just continue talking to myself...is the new midi nice? i didn't expect there to be so many versions of this song and i listen to a few before i settle on this one.anyway i haven't blogged for quite a few days because..well, there wasn't much to blog about. spent the last few days doing nothing much at all...hmm... the social studies test today was a bit of a disappointment because i couldn't think of anything to write and thus i only had two points and one of which was kinda unneeded...haha...enough of the bad things though...can we decide on where to go for the chalet? i really don't want to miss out on a chalet just because it is all fully booked...
Hmm...why am i so addicated to animes? Just watched another two esposides (naruto esp 101 and full metal alchemist esp 48. Those japanese really know how to make their animes and make them really interesting. c'mon, admit it...go watch a few esp after the exams if you don't believe me... anyone else starting to feel exams stress creeping up on you? for some reason, i haven't yet...maybe because the teachers haven't even finished teaching...are they planning on only letting us have one week to study? and another point of note, the xinmin open house is just 2 days after the exams! which means a large number of us will be busy after the exams doing up the stuff for those p6 kids... *prays to what ever is up there that my sis dun managed to get into xinmin next year or my life is over...
nearly half the class went to visit kudin today after school. he got injuried after falling from a bike at pulau ubin and his arm and legs were broken but he got out of hospital le so we all went to his house. when we reacht there, he told us a long story about what happened to him which i didn't find particularly interesting but the girls were like eww...omg...argh...haha... then his mom was super friendly and kept bring us wedges, nuggets and drinks. i admit it, i had quite a bit but some ppl had a lot more than me though. a few of his friends from his class came and then zuli cracked us all up with her attempts to speak chinese and we went home after the girls have finished watching a serial until 6:30...btw, anyone else besides me find my blog boring? I see a lot of hands up...
School starts again today, not that bad a day and was a decent end to the holidays that i didn't enjoy much...did i mentioned that i didn't go out at ALL during the holidays? played badminton first thing in the morning, not that much fun though, was a little too short for my liking. btw, chia was the ONLY guy in the two class who dunno how to play badminton...haha...i so bad...anyway,my already worn shoe got destroyed further so i brought a new pair of shoes then someone told me that there is a chance that the school shoes were going to be changed...
Hmm....nothing much to blog about today, totally boring day infact... spent nearly the whole day watching anime(Full metal alchemist) and tv.haha...what a great way to spent the last couple of days before the start of school...which reminds me, i haven't started studying -_-''...oh well, can't do much about it now, although i seriously don't want to be near the last again this time...i guess someone has to be the last but i am gonna try and make sure it won't be me... Declaration:No games from monday till exams! haha...see if i can keep to it...seriously thinking not though...but i am still getting my weekly dose of naruto...argh, can't...stop...watching...anime...which baka introduced me to it in the first place? can't...remember...anime...making...me...stupid...:X
wentto make new specs today as my old specs very er...old le lolz...didn't know what to choose and all looked the same to me...i actually wanted to make a rimless one and the thinner glass but then rimless is $180 and the ultra thin glass is $80 so ended up making a cheaper one for a total of $65 as compared to the $260 that came out of my own pocket -_- somehow, the new glasses dun look that different from my old glasses though...but the good news is that i only added 25 degrees to shan guan and nothing else so that's quite good news...
Was having a very boring holiday so when huijeen asked me to play mahjong, i agreed. When i reached there, huijeen(duh),jiayong and ruisheng was already there le.Haha...knowing my mahjong skill,i lost quite a bit, about $10++ and i only game once in the entire game...actually i wouldn't have lost so much if huijeen wasn't waiting for a same tile as me and then she was before me so i can't game and then got one round i start with 8 shi san yao tiles and then proceed to get a different one that i want for nearly every draw then when i was just waiting for one 9 wan, jiayong gamed for 1 fold...haha...ben heng and ruisheng very the superstitous and keep doing stupid thing and jiayong keep acting cute...haha, dunno why jiayong only act cute when playing mahjong...maybe cus he is in a good mood as he wins everytime-_-after that we went to Hougang mall and i returned books there while the others went to eat. The results for the singapore idol was so shocking! those two guys who didn't sing anywhere as well as the others got in! ba...must be all the siao cha bor who vote base on looks....
Hey...blogging for the fouth day in a row now, it is rare that i have such determination...haha...anyone noticed the timing of my posts? all is just a little before 12 except the first one. Lets see if i can make it a habit till the end of the holidays.
Had maths lessons today but left halfway (without handing in my homework that i didn't do)
for the visit for SP for the physic workshop(?). It was supposed to be about solar power but turned out to be more about LEDs(something like like lightbulbs) instead. Listened to a "short" talk that lasted about 1 hr and watched a propaganda video that was trying to make us go to SP...-_- then we got to do a little bit of hands on.
We were supposed to choose 2 LEDs of the colours we like but i couldn't firgure out how to use the bread board which was supposed to be used to see the colour of the LEDs so i ramdomly picked 2 and both turned out to be red...had to do a bit of soldering to join the two LEDs together and also a resistor. didn't start off too well but i managed to get the hang of it in the end. reason that it didn't start off too well was that it was supposed to be pairwork but as there was an odd number of boys and girls, i ended up doing on my own and jiayong and kobe paired up(those two *******)
didn't turn out too bad though and then we were asked to do something a little more complicated that maded the LEDs light up one by one and run in a circle and the speed can be controlled by a varible resistor. there wasn't enough equitment so i teamed up with simin. i just started soldering then mr tan the teacher who was with us saw me and decided that i needed a hand. he took over and after more ten minutes, he gave up and me and simin managed to do it withen 2 minutes...during that time a woman came in with 3 kids who was like at most in primary school. i thought it was some extremely kiasu parent but it turns out she was a foreigner who couldn't speak english very well. i coudn't understand much of what she said when she spoke to me but she seemed to get along well with simin and they chatted for a long time. turns out she is a korean. not a very fun visit...most ppl dun think it was much fun...
Went to school today at ~10 am to do a presentation for the visit to anderson secondary for a library exchange program later in the afternoon. It was only when i reach school did i relise that i forgot to wear library tee....sian 1/2...then after doing the presentation for a bit till hui qi and xuixuan had to go for lessons then i went home to change but not before they asked me to by the following:(Mr bean) 5 cheese pancakes,4 choco ones and 3 red beads one and (Old chang kee) one sotong head,2 sotong balls, 1 spring roll and one crab stick. haha, my memeroy not bad hor?

quite a short bus trip to anderson. their school is under going construction but wow, they are allowed to spray paint nearly everywhere... on the classrooms doors, in the class room and even on the metal walls blocking the construction site and those paintings really damn chio lor...they sure got talented artists... their library is quite nice, much like our library when we were in sec 1 but they got a corner that sells ice cream drinks and some snacks(note: mrs tan said we might have one in the new library but dun count on it) they also have photo copying machines in the library that is paid by a card specially made for photocopying ".?? stupid rite? one card for photocopying only and is those kind of ex specially made cards lor... they got a lot of mags like teens and 8 days and comics and nice cds but hor their school is nowhere as strict as xinmin when it comes to cca attendence, their head librarian( a student from my primary school) says that as long as got 75% the teachers dun care liao but nearly everyone there got 2 ccas...really patheic lor... at my table got 3 sec 3s librarians there and all 3 dun even know if the cds can be borrowed...3 freaking years and they still dunno that,can you believe it?their shelves look nicer that ours lar but what can we do, they are rich...
screwed up at the part i am presenting by speaking rubbish and speaking too fast...sianz...gonna get nagged at by abey...
they treated us to ice-cream and then interaction time liao...i then relise how bad my memory was...got one indian girl from my p4 class and i almost couldn't remember her...after the visit the com members went to hougang mall to discuss about the open house and we had dinner at the food court. everyone diaoz me when i brought the hot plate chicken chop but it wasn't very ex mah...$4.80 only, not much diff from a normal one.(note:taste quite nice, try it if you can) then suay suay when going home saw my braty sis with her friends... good thing she kept her mouth shut or she would have gotten it at home...
a much more interesting day that yesterday overall...slightly spoilt by the fact that tomorrow have to go school AGAIN
Day didn't start off well... was planning to wake up at 8 to study for a while but ended up over sleeping and waking up in a rush. However i managed to get in a little studying before the test but fat load of help it did. I have TOTALLY forgotten about mole concept and didn't know how to do any qns with mole and i made a few more stupid mistakes here and there resulting in a poor score for sure. Went to CP with huijeen and koby after lessons for lunch and brought a new pencil case for $12:90 as my old one got destroyed by a leaky pen. designs not bad but just one bad point, it's design looks a little like hui jeens bag . was planning to go to the gym a little later on but here came the stupid rain and gym visit got cancelled. in the end i played diablo 2 till 12...what a life, i am simply rotting my holidays away...(Note: If anyone has a mahjong session with not enough players, i should be avaliable. I am bored out of my mind...)
haha...actually i don't even know why i am doing this...just feeling bored of studing chem i guess.huh? how come you are laughing?i really did study!haha...ok, i really didn't study much...hopefully it wouldn't be too tough tomorrow...anyway can anyone teach me how to make the blog look nicer?well, that all for today,let me try and design my blog a little...
