finally went to watch a movie today! wanted to watch narnia de but then ended up watching the family stone, which is pretty nice. there are alot of parts which can really crack you up, like the part where ben gave merideth the coffee... and there are some kinda touching parts as well so all in all, it's a pretty nice movie to watch. go and watch it! shalln't spoil it here :P
wohoo! freed from work and i can finally play some games! never knew that rotting at home could feel so good. guess men really don't treasure what they have and always think that the grass is greener on the other side.
anyway, i went to collect my eagles today and..... managed to spend all of it today as well lol... brought a pair of nike shoes so that's one item off my wishlist. somemore to be gone after i get my pay! anyone care to join me for shopping after i get my pay?

man, the 26 of december have never seem more attractive...
hmm....this is the first year i spent my christmas at orchard... dun think i like it too much... a little too crowded and the pushing scene was horrible... the girls who went there all kena lor... there were some who were there obviously to eat beancurd de.
i detest this kinda lowly lifeforms who take this happy occasion to destroy the mood of others.
got sprayed by the snow spray so much that i looked like a snowman lol... then feels like i am halfway through a shower liddat.
just two more days to the end of my work!!!
wow. time really flies! just 3 more days and i am offically free! kinda a pity i gotta spend christmas at work with NO GOD DAMN EXTRA PAY!!!
wth!!! i dun mind working on christmas since i got no one to spend it with anyway but there is no extra pay??? really bo hua lor...
anyway, miss ng came by today with her friend! scared the hell out of me. though she only stay for all of 30 seconds lol
hmm... who have i seen at suntec that i know so far.... let's see.... i saw gladys on the first day then mr arthur lim, elalis, zuli and artikah(no idea how to spell) and miss ng. suntec's not really a popular place for teens is it? maybe it's just tower 4 ba... so damn far.

wth... i am getting a feeling that i am being cheated.
first they extended the working time from 9 to 10.30. now they are extending it to 11 tmr and sat?
worse of all, they are still only giving you one breaktime. and they minus the pay for how long you eat.it's pratically torture i tell you. good thing i work on the first floor and there is no one else from my company there so i always can sneak off for a quick snack and come back late when i go for breaks :X
by my calculations, i should make a total of about $750? not bad for about half a month of work. adding that to the $150 for the eagles thingy so i should have about $900? plus the chinese new year which is just round the corner and i will have more then 1k to spend!!! best of all, i am totally free to spend all of it anyway i like since i have full control of my own money.
i think this is the largest sum of money i have ever received at one go. pity i am only getting my pay on the fourth of jan so i can't go on a shopping spree next week. maybe i will go collect the eagles thingy instead of waiting for the sch to give it to me. at the very least i need to buy a pair of shoes for next year first then i can buy the rest on the first weekend after the fourth or something. gonna be able to take most of the stuff off my wish list le.
ppl whose birthday falls near the start of the year are gonna be pretty lucky le cos now(soon) that i actually have money to spend, the gifts will be nicer! though depending of a couple of factors, i may not have that many gifts to buy after all
lol... i think i am going crazy... now slightly becoming a workaholic...just now in the afternoon, there was pratically no one there and i was so sianified that i felt like quitting then at night when there was a lot of ppl i felt that i enjoyed my work!

anyway, just now got a customer said that she wants to write a recommandation letter for me cos my service is good then asked me if she wrote in got extra pay or not. lol... since i told her there isn't, it is kinda pointless to write liao... pity...
gah... wth is wrong with my entries lately... no starting and no ending...i think my brain is dying liao... thank god school's gonna start soon
ahh...finally back from the chalet! it was pretty enjoyable... though i think that it could have been better.... there were some problems that need not have occured that caused a little unhappiness...seems like the two stories chalets are cursed lor. similar stuff happened during sec 2 chalet when we got a double story chalet also...
anyway, the chalet gave me some of the best laughs that i had for a long time! it is just so fun to have a room full of ppl who are laughing like nobody's business and are totally enjoying themselves! most of the stuff are great though i think we could have done with more bonding and less sleeping...
hmm... what are some of the fun things we did?
well, there is the shopping trip. it's been a while since such a big group of us went out together so it was kinda fun walking around in the supermarket even though i am seeing one everyday.
then there is the laughing-till-my-sides ache session! it's crazy i tell ya. i think everyone went totally crazy and was laughing at every single thing, even stuff that we normally wouldn't even give a second thought about.
then kayaking! by some miracle, me and wy didn't argue even though we were in the same kayak. it's pretty tiring but fun to kayak and when we were chasing yj in an attempt to flip his boat, it was i think the first time we worked together lol... pity it's gonna be the last too. which reminds me, miss ng request me to be able to swim the next time i see her, which should be when getting back results? can someone teach me it before then?
finally, there's the bbq! first time the food i cook all perfectly cook and not even a little burned sia! though that's because i didn't let the food touch the grill and held it in the air. damn, the food took a long time to cook when you do it that way...this will most likely be the last time the whole class is together at a place not in school le... hopefully there will be a renunion though. anyone wanna organise?
oh yeah, i just realised something! i didn't rent a bike or blades or pao shui this chalet!!!! argh... forgot to do all the stuff i wanted to do...
oh well, what done is done so no point brooding over it. now i just gotta endure for 7 more days of work then i am off! pity i just received an sms that says i gotta work till 10.30 everyday from now on. meaning i will miss the fan shi yu show! damn... i was looking forward to it...
phew... finally finished packing my bag for the chalet.
damn... couldn't get leave tmr so i gotta go to the chalet after work tmr at 10+
speaking of work, i am finally getting used to working so now my legs have stopped aching and i am able to zone out almost on command and then time will pass faster.
nothing much special happened. met some good ppl and some sickening ppl but mostly they are just annoying brats... oh yeah, i saw tay ping hui and the guy whose family sells shoes in home run a couple of days back. damn tay ping hui is tall...
anyway, back to the chalet! i think this is the only thing i was looking forward to for the holidays so i am pretty sure that it will be fun. then again, how can being with the class not be fun?

sales today was better. sold about 60 today? and that was only by 7+ before i got called to the second floor to cover for someone then i stopped counting. though i tested so many cars that typing alone is hurting my fingers... so i am not gonna blog much today...
ouch... if fingertips could have bruises, my fingers would... progressed through using my index finger to my middle finger and finally the fourth finger, dunno what it is called. thank god the day ended before i had to use my little finger...
lol...finally comfirmed that i look old and yesterday's words weren't a slip of the tongue... cos i got called uncle so many times till i lost count.
oh yeah. i was wrong again.
first floor is no slack fest.
if you ask me, it's worse then the second floor... well... there is less ppl there but more ppl brought the remote controlled car i promoted today. 45 cars sold in fact.
that in itself would have been good but the problem arises when the fact is that the first floor shoppers have more aunties and a favourite habit of aunties is to ask salesman to test the thing the buy work or not. and trust me, they did. ouch... tested so many cars that my fingers are half gone. so many stupid screws...then the stupid energiser rechargable batteries are for some reason larger then the normal AA batteries so i had to pratically break my nails to get the batteries out...
tmr's still the first floor so i am in for somemore testing...
omg... i think i grew old suddenly or something... cos one of the kid's dad just now said to his kid " come, let the uncle show you how to play"... sob... do i look like a freaking uncle? i can be your son lor lol...
today was pretty ok... though instead of selling remote control cars i now sell some stupid thing called laser mad, which just happens to be the most impossible to sell item they have.
for a start, it's $70 for a two player set. it isn't fun and if i am going to spend so much on a toy i would rather buy the remote controlled helicopter.
oh yeah, the spain guy came to buy the helicopter today lol...
back to the point. it also has a ridiculous target base. it needs a reasonable large house to play in (i.e landed) and it needs two players so the family who owns the house need to have two MALE kids between the age of 8-12 cos any younger they can't understand how to play and any older they wont play such a stupid game.
now, tell me. how many family's in singapore fit the bill?
no wonder i only sold one... heck, even the $179 roboraptor sold better lor.
and then i had to play around with the demo set so the headset was put on a buttercup doll (only doll with a big enough head) and i kept shooting at it. i think i must have kill buttercup a thousand times over lor. and i am not being kua zhang.
then there is this tv which shows the advert of the laser mad and it loops every 30 sec or so. and i think i have heard it so many times that i almost went crazy.
"Laser mobile attack is finally here! Use the blaster to take down the enemy! Combine that with the mirror to reflect back the targetted signal. Form your own laser team now!"
if i hear that one more time i think i will die.
thank god i am gonna be working on the first floor tmr.
note: first floor is the peace and quiet and slack zone.
another note: i was working at the super busy second floor the past two days.
oh yeah... i was wondering something. can anyone tell me if i have a sign " ask me for directions" on my face? cos everyone seems to be asking me where the stuff are when there are so many other ppl around and since i was only there for two days, i said " I am sorry, but i am not very sure" so many times that i almost said it when someone asked me something that i do know where it is kept...
starting to wish that i didn't find a job after all. oh well... at least i will be a few hundred dollars richer at the end of it...
Ok...someone slap me for saying that getting a job gets rid of your boredom. i am almost equally bored at work but hey, at least i am getting paid for it...
went to work today and it didn't start off very well.
for a start, when i got there, it turns out that there was another person there for the same job!
dunno why got this confusion but anyway the boss said that only one person can stay and ask the other promoter to choose.
so we both worked and luckily, the other promoter chose me cos i was obedient while the other guy keep ding zhui-ing so i get to keep the job.
here i gotta admit something that sarah said last year was true. ang mohs indeed make better customers. for a start, they are way, WAY more polite then many singaporeans who prefers to ignore you. got one who was looking for a yellow hummer desperately which we dun happen to stock then i helped her to find out and she actually said god bless you lor. how many singaporeans would actually say that? though i met a weird one who asked me how much it would cost to send the remote helicopter to spain but he was still polite...
oh yeah. there was also this weird guy who stood at the tv games there and played tetris for 3 hrs!!! crazy...
haven met any terrible customers yet (and i dun hope to meet any) except for one who totally ignored me so it was still quite a ok day at work except for the fact that my legs are killing me after standing for close to ten hours straight and that it is a little boring... i think i started to look at the time every few minutes after 7. the 9 o'clock time never looked so good. though it would look less good tmr as i would only be dismissed at 10 on the weekends...
oh yeah. i forgot to mention something. my co-promoters are pretty nice people! actually cannot take weekends off de meaning i would miss the chalet completely but the promoter who quit and i am replacing agreed to stand in for me next sat and sun! though he is still considering about helping me on fri but at least now i can enjoy most of the chalet! though i think i would be a walking zombie when i go back to work on mon...

I finally got a job!
lol... when it rains, it pours. i tried to find a job for so long but cannot find any then two jobs landed on my head this morning in the span of ten minutes!
first my aunt called and asked me if I wanted to cut stuff. since I was totally bored I accepted even though the pay is crap. $3 for 1 pack containing 2000 pieces! I was wondering what was the stuff that needs to be cut then she called me down to get the stuff. turns out it's some plastic thingy with a little extra sharp thingy that needs to be cut. the first bag took me over an hour to do.-_-''.... the second bag was loads easier though, since for some reason, most of the sharp thingy were already gone and it only took abt half an hour to finish. though the pay still sucks but for bored ppl at home it's ok ba...
back to the point.
ten minutes after my aunt called, jy called and told me he got a job for me! sell toys de though i have no idea how the heck i am gonna pursade ppl to buy stuff. it's at suntec and i am starting work tmr at 1 so i guess i can finally get rid of my boredom le! at least the pay is better then the cutting thingy... only thing that i gotta hope for now is that i can take leave next fri and sat or else i gotta buy mc or something...which would be a waste of money...
so yeah, i finally found something to do! no more rotting at home! hopefully it's some slacker job then jiu shuang le

watched a couple of korean drama that my mom brought or borrowed but while they are nice to watch, it's starting to get a little repeative le. for example, every single one of them have to have a part where they just missed seeing each other and then when one party see the other party, they try to catch up but always just happen to miss them because the other person got onto the train or the bus. i am now able to predict what is going to happen in the shows before they happen le -_-''...
oh well, at least they help to waste my time... though i think my body clock is completely messed up with me unable to sleep before 4 and only getting up at 2 everyday...
who the heck decided that we should have such a long holidays anyway.
great. now it is my turn to suffer insomia. kept tossing and turning around in my bed and finally i gave up and used the time to think about somethings.
for a start, i realised how come ppl think i am rich when i am not. how can i be rich when my allowance is pretty average and my occasional extra income comes from my uncle and aunties? then i realised that i gave the impression that i am rich because my money is spent on others instead of myself. come to think of it, the only want that i brought for myself in these two years is my mp3 player! i haven't brought any cds,vcds, books or any other wants for myself at all! omg... i didn't even realise that till last night. that would explain where my money comes from...i didn't buy anything apart from food. -_-''...neither do i have much chance to spend money either cos i don't go out often. damn. pity i am not narcissitic or i can love myself instead and spend money on myself instead of on others.

there is absolutely nothing to occupy me for the whole holidays and now that it looks like i can't find a job, my mom has been nagging at me everyday to find a job. it's not like i didn't try. can someone help me to get a job to get my mom off my back?
the computer is starting to get boring too and there's only so many things i can do at home.
completed rereading harry potter for the dunno how many times, reread artemis fowl, reread half my collection of jughead's comics, reread the entire 25 volumes of the celestial zone part 1 and the 18 volumes part 2 that i have. heck, i even reread my collection of pokemon comics.
can you tell how bored i am?
somebody just do me a favour and ask me out...or else i might develop stayathomeandrotphobia.
is there like anyone who wanna watch sky high or any nice movie? heck, i would even watch chicken little.
