another interesting weekend!

hmm... i really do seem to be living for the weekend nowadays.

went out with vic on fri!

i suddenly realise how much of a mountain tortoise i am, because there's so many things that i haven't tried before or visited.

take for example of fri, it was my first time to jurong point and my first time having an actual meal inside delifrance. heck, i didn't even know that delifrance serves proper food, though it only has like snacks and bread.

and as i walked around the mall, i see so many different food places that i haven't tried before!

well, i think it was mainly a lack of company that deterred me from trying out the food at those places. it's not exactly very likely that you will go to all those restaurant with a large group of friends...

anyway, back to the topic, just being with vic is just so relaxing and fun! hopefully will get to meet her like once a week or something. going to clark quay next!

then there's today which was the school's sports carnival.

realised that being in charge isn't much fun though, if anything goes wrong, you are the one that gets scolded. and even when you try to ensure that everything goes smoothly, it always doesn't cos of external factors like others being late and resulting in the stuff not being ready and it becomes your fault even when you reached like 30 minutes before time?

luckily it only occurred at the start and at the end though, the rest of the parts were pretty smooth sailing and i basically had nothing to do after the early morning rush to set up everything.

sometimes miscommunication is nobody's fault but i think it is often hard for either party to admit that they were wrong so i think that when there was a miscommunication that result in the teacher's race cocking up, it was a good move by mr lee to not pursue the matter.

man... can't we like have a 4 day study week and a 3 day weekend?

oh well, it's not gonna happen so i might as well forget about it.
