here's another thing i love about national day

the songs!

wah, i love national day songs lor, loved them since pri sch when "Home" came out. My favourite national day song sia. and i don't think i am the only one after i heard the ppl singing it in the hall today! though the gp teachers keep saying it has propaganda meanings but who cares? as long as it is nice and comforting can liao.

today was a fun race together with a fund raise. though the fund raise was kinda crappy since it was two person to one tin and they gave us a very short time where we had to travel to 3 places and answer qns from the fun race. plus the locations they gave us were both crappy and saturated with ppl asking for donations cos in addition to the like 4 or 5 classes at one location at anytime, NUS was out in full force in their blue t-shirts asking for donation too. and they were everywhere i tell you. after we were dismissed i took the bus like every single major point got them de lor.

still, it was rather fun walking around the heartlands and exploring. and for a wonder, i didn't get lost even though i walked around alot around places i pratically haven been to before! for a lu chi like me quite a miracle liao.

after that went to shunjie house to continue with the podcast for geo thingy. man, i speak like a freaking machine gun. didn't realise how fast i was speaking till i heard it myself.

oh well, at least ppl huhing at what you say beats people sleeping at what you say.
