woah... this two days are super freaking tiring. i took my first afternoon nap for the first time in dunno how many months yesterday and followed up with one today.

yesterday's training wasn't good for me. got the shit boat( the old old with with barnacles all over) and only 15 guys came so even though i rowed till wanna die the boat still damn slow and lost to the girls in all the rowing la. can die sia...then because everyone was rowing till wanna die and the boat was still so slow some ppl's temper flared and started shouting. not a good encouragement when everyone is so tired.

must trust that everyone is doing their best le!

then after that we switched boats to the better boat the girls were using and started rowing better liao.

really can feel the difference sia! the boat was so much lighter and it was much much easier to row liao. then mr lee came onto the boat and i was rowing like shit cos i was half dead from rowing the previous boat so my form was all off. then keep kena corrected. sian sia...

maybe it was also due to the lack of motivation that day ba...

today's a rest day so finally didn't exercise at all. wah... like exercising 6 days a week liddat leh...

sorry, horrible post cos my brain is still half dead and very tired so i am not making much sense here.

should i just let nature takes it course and stop trying to do anything?
