k-boxed yesterday and i have comfirmed that my singing sucks! off tune for every single song sia. except for the super super low key songs nia...

actually, it wasn't that bad to have 4 guys singing. at least no one would feel embarrass and can just anyhow sing till shuang. if there were girls there i think everyone would be very constrained and won't sing much la.

oh yeah, k-lunch is cheap sia! $7.50 only, inclusive of lunch and a drink. only 3 hrs though, which felt kinda short.

went to xuewei's house after that. basically, we played abit of mahjong then watched movies. watched initial D and then 40-year-old virgin, which in case you are wondering, isn't all that nice actually. the tv is freaking huge though.

oh yeah, they ordered mac and for some reason, we ended up with 11 packs of large fries, which were all put on a large tray. it was the biggest pile of fries i ever saw! me and a couple of the guys kept eating but then it was really a little too much liao le. i think i ate 3-4 packs worth of fries myself sia...

then at night, we went to jalan kayu for the prata. long queue there and we had to wait for 40+ minutes before the food came. the curry was super spicy that day for some reason.

training today! didn't run this morning as my calves were still aching. sdba paddles really is crap la, you can't help but splash with them and the shaft is so short that you cannot even make a large sea frame lor. luckily this time round i didn't have to use it but got splashed by it instead.

thank god the june race is only 500m and not like 1km or something cos the j1 guys team really don't do well in that... even lost to the girls in the 1km de. comparatively, i think that the j1 girls team really have a chance of getting a medal in the national schs sia... though the j1 guys have next to no chance. partly cos there is less teams for the girls and partly because they really row very well, compared to most other girls team. they may not have the power but i think their techique, desire and will to win is stronger then us sia. come to think of it, their unity is better then us too. after training at least most of them are still together but the guys is like split into dunno how many groups sia.

sadded la, the guys team must really work hard!

then went to watch poseidon after that at suntec. quite a nice movie, though way too many people died... kinda a thriller.

waiting for da vinci to come out!!!
