    hmm... i think i am really growing senile sia... can't seem to remember the everyday stuff.

    forgot to bring my training stuff today and was actually planning to go home and take during the 1 hr break de but mr quek choose today of all days to make that announcement that we are not to go out of school before 12.45... ended up getting my mom to bring it for me and got a horrible earful. luckily, i couldn't make out what she was saying as i was holding the phone like 10 cm from my ears.

    anyway, training yesterday was pretty interesting, though super tiring. did farklegs first. not sure what the spelling is for that la but it's sprinting 800m, rest 3 min, sprint 400m rest 3 min 400m rest 3 then sprint 3 x 200 then 4 x 100. wah... the impact on your legs is damn crazy. my calves were hurting like mad by the start of the 200m and then it was more of a slow sprint.

    then did our endurance training, which was training with light weights and doing as many reps as possible within 60 secs. those 60 secs feel extremely long! my group kept huh-ing when they said stuff like 40 sec more or 30 sec more as it felt like more then 1 min has passed.

    had napfa test today. part of it at least, the 2.4 run and the sit and reach. i clocked my personal best of 10.39! ok, so it's still pretty slow compared to most guys, especially in dragonboat where i think only like less then 5 guys did worst then me.... my stamina sucks la, but hey, less then 5 guys did more pull ups then me too so it kinda balance out. only talking abt the j1 guys here though, cos the j2 guys win most of us in everything -_-''....

    argh! only 9 more seconds to A!!! i think i could have done better if my calves weren't killing me and if my shoelances didn't come undone. no idea how since i tied a double knot liao but then those are just excuses. really should have pushed myself harder to get that freaking A!

    calves burnt after the run and i was having problems even walking la. pain like shit. then did the sit and reach and got 52cm. i think i am gonna get like 24 points this year and still fail my napfa la. cos i like totally cannot jump!!! and i got b last year leh...

    anyone has any idea how come will deprove so much?

    then all the boring lessons and such and then assembly, which was some music thingy again then chem retest. kns la, didn't even feel like doing so anyhow finish le then i zhao and asked shunjie to help me mark.

    then sea training! today did race sets so time passed pretty quickly. also raced with nyp again. wah... either they today was the actual team or last week they really give us alot of water(pan zhui) sia. totally owned us. but then our boat this time round was mainly j1 guys la so can't really blame.

    note to self : i need to pratice more to keep my pacing constant.

    then after training we fooled around and did stupid stuff like singing the school song while keeping our head above the pull up bar and such. there were only a few of us around as it was very late and everyone else has left le so it was pretty fun.

    i love sea trainings alot more then land training!
