What a great day! For a start, all the teachers for today's lessons didn't come so we had free period for maths and chem. have stuff to do la, but can do in relaxing manner ma. first time i failed an experiment so many times lol..
celebrated deb's birthday today. dunno how i ended up paying for the cake lol... ate the cake during the maths lessons... quite nice.
chem prat after that. a very long prac though.
after that, we went to the CAWC branch of the AVA. learned some stuff about animals there, knew most of the info before that though. the person giving the presentation got nice eyes, or at least that's what yj thinks. was looking at the slides personally. wow... 20000 cats put to sleep every year. that's cruel. however, strays seemed to be getting lesser. that's a good sign i supposed, at least less animals will be put to sleep. singapore doesn't seem to have much of a stray dog problem, maybe because there aren't that many dogs in sg in the first place. dogs are ex... oh man... i want a seriberian husky! dunno if it is possible in my lifetime lol...cos need landed property to get such a big dog.
after the presentation, we got to play with the animals. the cat don't like me! it clawed me when i was carrying it lol... the chinchilla was so cute! the lady put it on my shouder and it crawled around my neck lol... wondered how i looked...couldn't see it cos i didn't dare to move cos i was afraid it might fall off to the floor... there were also rabbits, hamsters and gerbils there. and a guinea pig too. it didn't like me either, struggled when i was carrying it. lol... you couldn't tell before that jy and wy was uncomfortable around animals right? why no dogs???
